If you are in need of a guest speaker for your church in 2014, I'd like to recommend Pastor Sidney D. Wheatley of Greensboro. Pastor Sid, and his wife Linda, are two of the newest members of Rushwood Park Wesleyan Church and the NC East District.
Pastor Sid is available to speak on the topics of racial reconciliation, relationship restoration, church revitalization, prayer, worship, and a host of other topics, in a traditional revival format, a weekend conference format, or a single service format.
In April of 2013, Pastor Wheatley held revival services at Rushwood Park. He was the first African American pastor to preach there in the church's history. His powerful preaching and joyfully loving the people, were very, very well received. The revival attendance was double Rushwood's usual attendance for recent revivals, and many members said it was the best revival that they could ever remember Rushwood having.
Pastor Sid has a wonderful way of breaking down barriers with the love of Christ that others cannot.
